We have a beautiful light filled room with extravagantly high ceilings and original floor boards. The space can be be used for many different types of wellness workshops and events; yoga, sound healing, meditation, dance, circle, reiki, training, to name a few. We are an urban healing space and as such we work with the city soundscape, some road noise can be heard at times. With a welcoming entrance on St Kilda rd, your guests will feel instantly held on arrival. There is a tram stop directly across the road & easy car parking for convenience.

The rooms at Element are amazing to work in for workshops.
They are clean, spacious and with heaps of space to move around. The Element team are welcoming and help with anything you may need to accommodate you for you workshop or course. I have hiring out the rooms at Element for my Development Circle and Workshops also platform events as well.

This space is not only beautiful, as you walk through the doors there is an instant sense of calm that floods over you.
There is nowhere else that I would want to run my weekly meditations. The facilities are professional, clean and cosy and the overall space is beautifully presented, with just enough character to create a warm environment whilst remaining neutral enough to allow for a customised aesthetic that suits my particular needs. Could not recommend the space enough!

I have regularly hired room space at Element Wellness and Healing to run my Hypnobirthing Workshop.
I love running my workshops in this space as it has such character and also a lovely calming energy which is very conducive to the style of workshop that I run. The Element team makes hiring the space very easy, booking and invoicing is a smooth process and the space is always ready and well presented on the day. Having use of their facilities as well as support props such as yoga mats and meditation cushions make my set up and pack down much easier.
