With 15 years of experience as a massage therapist, Karina combines her bodywork skills with kinesiology to holistically treat her clients. With a range of massage techniques including acupressure, relaxation and deep tissue, not only is your massage intuitively tailored to your physical needs, but with an integration of body and mind, you will receive an emotional and spiritual balance. The treatment takes its own flow and rhythm and can bring deep relaxation and healing on many levels.

I have been enjoying intuitive massages with Cara for about a year now, and there is no turning back, Cara has won me over with her ‘magic fingers’.

 

I love the chance to draw a card and then be spoilt with a wonderful treatment in a room that is always the right temperature and smells divine.  I feel very comfortable on the massage table and Cara is very respectful especially as I am in my mid 60’s and that is important for me.
