If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your treatment. Failure to do so will regrettably result in you being liable for full payment.
A no show will result in being liable for full payment.

CORONA VIRUS (COVID-19) PRECAUTIONS & RISK MANAGEMENT:
We ask you to please:
Reschedule your session if you are feeling unwell.
Reschedule if have travelled overseas within 14 days of your appointment.
Reschedule if you have come into contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
On arrival use hand sanitizers to disinfect your hands (at the front door).
If any of the above are applicable to you, we will continue to see you as an online client for the time being.
We will continue to:
Wash & sanitize our hands before and after every client
Change and wash linen and towels
Sanitize surfaces and tools of trade
Diffuse antibacterial oils (dōTERRA On Guard) in the common areas
We are doing our absolute best to reduce the spread of infection by increasing our sanitary procedures within the space and ask that you respect the requests above to protect the wider community.
