Ever since Cara was a teenager, she had a little voice in her ear calling her to a healing profession. However, Iike most of us do she took the ‘sensible’ corporate route until early 2016 when the voice got a little louder and became impossible to ignore.

Cara is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with an intuitive twist. Her sessions combine a sound knowledge of anatomy and clinical remedial treatments with a desire to get right down to the deeper cause of aches and pains with a holistic and energetic healing approach.  Her aim, as well as addressing your physical discomfort is to improve your sense of well being, calm anxiety, realign and ground your mind, body and soul.
